All of us at Toms River Fitness and Aquatic Center and Toms River Fitness for Women, welcome you. We have been in the health club business for over 40 years. Our club offers many fitness options, allowing you to feel accomplished regardless of your level or goals. There are plenty of cardio and resistance training machines, two swimming pools, and a wide variety of group exercise and aqua classes offered each week! If you ask any of our long time members what distinguishes our clubs from others, they will tell you it is our well-trained and caring staff.

Private lessons are the fastest way to proceed at any level. These are recommended for swimmers of all ages and levels. Students will work with their coach to improve their skills and meet their goals individually.


Private Lessons

At the shore we want our children to swim! Our instructors know how to nurture the pre-swimmer and to progress to a level of swimming without intimidation. We have a full schedule of classes that take learners from “Mommy & Me,” all the way up to age 8+ and refined techniques!

I'm a huge fan of this gym. Everyone that works here is incredibly cordial. It's wonderful that it emphasizes family. Always so tidy. The nursery staff members are always incredibly warm and considerate. My kids really adore it. This gym comes highly recommended. I can't believe I didn't begin earlier.
