Andrew L01/06/20235Great place to go to spend a couple of hours on a fun project. They provide everything you need. You choose the ceramic item that you want to paint, sit at a table and they will bring you the paint.
Amanda K01/29/20235I had such a fun time here! You start off picking your own pottery piece to paint. Then you pick 5 colors (they let us pick a few extra when needed) and you get 2 hours to paint your piece! One thing to factor in is that you need to leave it there and can't pick it up for a week so they can glaze it. They keep it for a month in case you can't get back the following week. I was a little disappointed in the pottery selection honestly, but I still had a great afternoon with friends. We did a reservation for 5 which was definitely a good idea because when we got there it said no more walk ins for the day. It's $13/adult (20 reservation fee for a group of 5-9) then you have to pay for the pottery piece itself. We also brought stuff for mimosas (bring your own cups!) and some snacks to munch on while we were there.
Meredith S08/06/20225Another fabulous day at Color Me Mine! The staff was super friendly and helpful explaining not only the directions but also showing us tricks with stencils. While this place is quite pricey for the actual Ceramic pieces, I always have so much fun here. It's a great place to bring kids to be creative. The only noteworthy item is that you now need to make reservations on the weekend. In the past, you could just walk in but now it is too crowded to do that. Make your reservations online so that you don't have to wait around. It usually takes about a week before your final piece is ready for pickup. I will post the results when I get mine back.
Angela S02/06/20225Super fun and therapeutic afternoon painting pottery. You have to make a reservation in advance for a 90 minute slot (even if you are late, you only get that time period, so if you're late by 30 minutes, you'll get 60 minutes as they're quite strict on people leaving on time). You first get to walk around their shelves and look for a pottery piece that you like. They really range in size, but I'd say a very small knick knack like a tiny eiffel tower statue would cost around $12-18, whereas a slightly larger item like a small vase or mug will cost $22-28.
Emma G02/28/20235Wanted to do something wholesome and crafty for a birthday celebration and it was so easy here. Had a group of 14+ so I called ahead, filled out the online waver, submitted my deposit (which I got back after my event!) and made the reservation for the whole space. The staff was so friendly and eager to accommodate; they made sure there was enough space for our food (it's byob and you can order food in) and asked if we had any music requests for the ambiance. For such a big group we had to charge all of the items onto one bill, and the staff was so kind to help write down which items my guests painted for later venmo-ing. Overall a 10/10 experience and would do again!
