Secaucus Martial Arts

We specialize in providing a safe and enriching environment for children aged 4-6 to learn the basics of martial arts. Our Little Dragon’s program is designed specifically for the physical, mental and social growth of your child. Through our classes, children will increase coordination, focus, socialization skills and core strength, all while having a blast! We have experienced teachers and staff that are dedicated to your child’s development and believe that martial arts are a great way to begin your child’s journey to a healthier and happier future.

Our instructors focus on teaching self-defense techniques while also helping students develop self-confidence and discipline. Our classes are designed to challenge students while also making sure they are having fun.

We are committed to providing our students with a safe and friendly environment to learn the art of Taekwondo. Our instructors are nationally certified in Taekwondo and are passionate about teaching the fundamentals of martial art. Through our classes, students will learn how to defend themselves and gain a greater sense of confidence. Our Teens & Adults program focuses on traditional Taekwondo training with a practical, non-competitive approach. Students can progress at their own pace according to their age and physical ability.
