The Highland Swim Club is a fun private neighborhood swim club with five acres of recreational facilities for its members, their guests, and friends. Since 1952, the club has provided residents with a family-friendly alternative to the large, crowded public pools of surrounding communities.
From our young families with toddlers to our families with teens, our kids LOVE Highland. Whether it's jumping off the diving board, competing on the swim team with their friends, or just having a great time at our many activities and social events, it's a great way to spend the summer.
If you're looking for a friendly place to spend time with old and new friends, where great memories are being made all the time, then Highland Swim Club is the place for you and your family!

Swim Lessons - Toddler
The "Toddler" level swim class is the very first swim lesson one can take at Highland Swim Club! There are three prerequisites to be in this lesson; the child must be 3 years old, the child must be able to walk steadily, and if necessary, must be wearing the proper swim diaper gear while they are in the water. Never during this lesson will the child be left alone in the water, they will always be working one-on-one with the instructor and when they are not, they are expected to sit patiently on the wall with their fellow classmates.

Swim Lessons - Beginner 1
The “Beginner I” level is the second swim lesson one can take at Highland Swim Club. Any child is eligible to be in this lesson, even if they did not take the “Toddler” level. Beginner I students will never be fully left alone in the water. Anytime they are swimming, they will be working one-on-one with their instructor. When they are not working with their instructor, they are expected to sit on the wall, or hold onto the wall in the water, if granted permission by their instructor.

Swim Lessons - Beginner 2
The “Beginner II” level is the third swim lesson level offered at Highland Swim Club. Although the instructor will ALWAYS be in the water, students in the Beginner II lesson MUST feel comfortable swimming/being in the water on their own. This means that although the instructor will be constantly watching the students, they WILL NOT be holding/working one-on-one with the child.
