Our instructors are safety certified, professional, and experienced. They bring the newest knowledge in gymnastics and tumbling from all parts of the world. Our coaches and teachers include former World Champions, NCAA collegiate competitors, USAG State and Regional Directors, and Surgent’s Elite team members. Our #1 priority is to recruit instructors who have a strong love of children and the desire to make a difference in children's lives.

The Tumbling Xplosion program is a comprehensive, dynamic and well-structured training program for former gymnasts and individuals/groups that participate in cheerleading, acting, and extreme sports. Our goal is to provide the best tumbling coaches with the most current techniques, the most experience in spotting and the most compassion for helping children improve their current tumbling level.


Tumbling Xplosion Classes

Freestyle Gymnastics is the name adopted by British Gymnastics to describe a fantastic new, exciting and rapidly growing sport which incorporates gymnastics, tumbling and vaulting. Its popularity is soaring in the gymnastics world because of its X Games edge. Former gymnasts love Freestyle gymnastics because the sport is not bound by the traditional structure of competitive gymnastics. It offers the freedom, individuality and creativity in the tumbling and vaulting movements. We offer Freestyle gymnastics for ages 5 to 18.



Freestyle Gymnastics Classes

This is the 1st of 5 total levels in our Recreation Class Program. We group the class in two year age brackets (ex. Ages 5 to 7). No prior experience in gymnastics is required for this Beginner Level. Our instructors introduce each of the Olympic events to the students through age and level appropriate skills. The weekly lesson plan is designed to provide the right balance of gymnastics skills and fun.
