About Twisters Gymnastics

We provide a fun, cooperative, and friendly environment for those interested in gymnastics. We specialize in recreational gymnastics for boys and girls, men and women of all ages. Join us for special events including our Open Tumbling and Parents’ Night Out or celebrate your birthday or special event at our facility. Through our expertise and successful experiences with every student, we ensure our coaches will enhance the development of physical condition, overall strength, and coordination along with instilling higher self-confidence, a positive self-image, and cooperative learning skills. Our students learn body awareness, problem solving, and fitness skills that encourage a positive attitude towards active participation, health, and physical fitness.

Mommy & Me (18 Months - 2.5 Years)
Enjoy an enthusiastic and fun-filled co-ed program specially designed for children 18 months to 2.5 years of age. This class is supervised by our instructors and with each child's parent/guardian providing hands-on guidance they build body awareness, coordination, and self-confidence. Classes offer children a chance to socialize with their peers while also enjoying a fun filled time of gymnastics!

Gymnastics 2 Girls Classes
These 1 hour classes are offered to girls ages 5 (entering kindergarten) and up. Our classes work on all of the Women's Olympic events (Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Floor, and Vault) as well as trampoline and tumble track. These events help build strength, coordination, flexibility, and most important self-esteem. We offer a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to progress at their own unique pace. Classes are based on both age and ability.
