    ​Beginner: Learn Calligraphy With a Crayola Marker!

    ​ This is a hands-on interactive course! In this introductory virtual calligraphy course, you will learn how to create fun, fancy, fabulous calligraphy using a regular classroom marker (or any calligraphy markers you may have at home).

    ​Intermediate Level Part I: Learn Calligraphy With a Crayola M

    Part one of the intermediate class will be an introduction to the anatomy of letters (this will be a more in-depth study than what is covered in my beginner course) and basic vocabulary for calligraphers. Students will also learn the basics of typography to help us understand the art of text.

    ​​Intermediate Level Part II: Learn Calligraphy With a Crayola

    Week two we will do a variety of lettering drills to practice slant and spacing. Students will be introduced to how spacing, slant, and letter characteristics produce a mood or attitude used to make us feel a certain way when we look at them.
