Programs at World Gymnastics Academy in Ringwood, NJ
BeAKid
Parent-Tot Class
This 45 minutes class is designed to enhance your child's motor , listening, and social skills through fun gymnastics oriented activities (an adult is expected actively participate with their child). This class is offered children ages 18 months up to 3 years.
BeAKid
Pre-School Class
This 50 minutes beginner gymnastics and fitness class, designed for the 3-4 years old age group, combines basic early education skills with motor development and gymnastics skills, such as log rolls, forward rolls, donkey kicks and cartwheels. Sequencing, patterns, colors, shapes, and numbers are incorporated as to build upon the foundations established in Parent-Tot class.

Kinderstars Class (Boys&Girls)
This 1-hour class gives boys(5-6 years old) and girls (5-6 years old) the foundation they need to enter in to, and be successful , in our recreational program. Students are divided by gender to give them more positive and rewarding experience. Students will focus on improving gymnastics technique, flexibility, strengthening and conditioning.
