About Little Ivy Academy: Summer Crossroads in Ridgewood, NJ
Have a camp experience like no other when they join us for our all-new 2023 summer camp programs! Our Summer Explorers and Real Science camps combine the Real Discovery of awesome STEAM-based projects and the Real Fun of traditional day camp indoor & outdoor activities– all with a 21st-Century twist! Great for kids of all interest and skill levels! We are conveniently located in Ridgewood (@Camp LIA) & in the Pascack Valley/Rockland County, NY Area(@ SJR Campus) with separate, age-appropriate programs for your 1st-2nd, 3rd-5th and 6th-8th graders– all including our optional Extended Camp Day program!

RobotMakers: Rise to the Challenge!
Ages: Separate programs for campers entering 3rd-5th grade or 6th-8th grade. Program Description: This summer, your child can create & code a collection of robots that tackle the challenges before them as they compete for robotic supremacy. Each day will bring your camper a new set of challenges and a new robot to build & program– with projects from beginner to advanced. Putting their evolving STEM skills to work, they’ll be coding and modifying their machines to work smarter, move faster and be stronger!

DesignMakers: Comics to Marvel At!
Ages: Separate programs for campers entering 3rd-5th grade or 6th-8th grade. Program Description: Your child will be drawn into the excitement of creating their very own virtual comics! They’ll unleash the power of the popular Krita graphic-design software to power-up their digital story-telling skills. At each turn, campers of all skill levels will have opportunities to create their own unique story lines, craft their own unique comic characters, design their characters’ worlds and produce their own digital-art comic strips to share!

Ages: Separate programs for campers entering 3rd-5th grade or 6th-8th grade. Program Description: Your child can bring their digital movie-making to the next level as they discover the technical tips & tricks professionals use to make high-quality digital comedy videos. Your camper and their campmates will discover how to unleash the laughs as they script, film, and edit their own short comedy sketches, all while learning, hands-on, about special-effects green screens, a range of camera angles and more!
