GYMNASTICS CLASSES FOR KIDS & TEENS

Through gymnastics, we help to foster self-esteem and stress the importance of our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Your little one can progress from entry level tumbling – learning skills like forward rolls and handstands – to our higher level classes for kids and teens, which include learning beam and bar techniques, and more advanced floor tumbling like back handsprings and tucks. Gymnasts will learn and refine techniques and skills through appropriate level progression, as well as build confidence and exercise self-expression.
