    Programs at Ronin Martial Arts in Morris Plains, NJ

    BeAKid
    Beginner Program:

    Our beginner program is for all new students and students with up to 1 year of experience. Beginners learn introductory kicks, punches, and stances in a fun and safe environment. Beginner classes are available for students ages 3 1/2 and up.

    Advanced Program:

    Students enter the Advanced program upon graduating the Beginner program. These classes include advanced striking techniques and Olympic Sparring. This program helps students to improve existing skills and develops more personal responsibility in class. Advanced program students also have the opportunity to assist with instruction in beginner program classes.

    Black Belt Program:

    Ronin Martial Arts has the largest Black Belt program in the region. Some students believe their martial arts journey ends with earning a black belt. At Ronin, we have a black belt curriculum that keeps students learning, engaged, and excited to come to class. Our Black Belt students train in weapons, self defense, and participate in demonstrations. Black Belt students have the opportunity to assist with teaching in beginner and advanced classes.
