At Athletic Dance Institute, our mission is to provide superior dance and fitness training to all students and adults in a fun and rewarding environment.  We offer a unique style of instruction in that we are aiming to train the entire well-being of your dancer.  We believe in training the physical as well the mental being to create the strongest dancer. 

Our instructors are highly-qualified, professionally trained dancers and fitness instructors who are current and relevant in the industry.  Our teaching techniques strive to bring out the best in every student.  Along with instilling the best physical instruction, our qualified staff will also share their knowledge for whole-body nutritional and mental wellness.  Our passion for sharing our knowledge of overall wellness for dance athletics is what makes our training center one that is like no other facility in New Jersey.  Our love of family, the arts, fitness, and community is what drives our passion to grow Athletic Dance Institute into one of the premier dance training centers in New Jersey.

Gymnastics

Inexpensive

Pre-School combo class that combines ballet fundamentals with gymnastics tumbling. Dancers will also explore creative movement concepts to fun upbeat songs.

Tumbling Tots/Ballet Mix (Ages 3-4):

Child Combo Class that combines ballet fundamentals, acro/gymnastics tumbling, creative movement, and tap. These young dancers will be moving and shaking while getting to explore a mixture of different styles of dance

Kinderdance

Dancers will work on the basic fundamentals of ballet while also strengthening their bodies working on gymnastics skills.:
