One of the oldest Karate programs in New Jersey, since 1966.  One of the first programs to introduce Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, M.M.A. and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu  the area.

M.K.S Karate is a blend of traditional Martial Arts taught with a modern teaching system.  Based on Ji Do Kwan, a form of Tae Kwon Do.  Elements of other Martial Arts were added, including Boxing, Kick Boxing, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to name a few. Outdated techniques were dropped while other effective techniques were borrowed.

From a firm traditional base the students knowledge will be expanded to a broad fighting system proven from point competition, full contact matches, "No Holds Barred" (NHB) matches to the streets.
