It’s very simple actually. We are a “hands on” team of professionals. Owners Maureen and Adam Kastl have devoted their lives to not only helping students become better at what ever they are studying, but also building good character. Parents work hard to give their children lessons and we give them 150% of ourselves to see that what they learn pays off.

At Next Step School of Dance, we understand the importance of providing a family-oriented atmosphere. Located conveniently at 800 Schuyler Avenue in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, we offer age-appropriate dance classes for children and fun courses for adults. Our state-of-the-art facility has 4 studios, which allows us to provide limited class sizes, ensuring that each student receives personal care and special attention from the teachers and staff. We make sure that our dancers have the best possible experience by providing a comfortable environment for them. Our facility features viewing windows, a media counter, WiFi, dressing rooms, and a comfortable waiting room. All of our dance rooms are also equipped with sprung dance floors, which protect the knees and feet of dancers of all ages. At Next Step School of Dance, we are proud to be a trusted part of the community. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for our students and their families. We are excited to offer our services and to help our students reach their goals and develop a love of dance.

At Savarese BJJ, Northern New Jersey’s top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, we have some of the best BJJ instructors in NJ. All have been trained in every aspect of BJJ. ALL of our instructors trained with us and by us. Every single one was a student here first. Just like progressive academic schools do not teach all students with just one learning method, neither should a martial arts school assume that one style fits all. We explore ways to foster creativity and expression through dance, while also providing a space to learn the history and culture of dance.
