At NJAC we know that no fitness goal is created equal and as Mercer County’s top family fitness destination, we make it fun for the entire family. Children can dance, play basketball, swim or even learn how to be a superhero. Family Members can use a variety of strength equipment, take group fitness, join sports leagues, run the indoor track and shoot hoops on the basketball court.  We have something for the whole family!

SWIM INSTRUCTION - ALL AGES (4+ YEARS)
Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors at NJAC provide a more focused and flexible approach to swim instruction. If you are looking for a more accelerated and individualized learning experience as an adult or for a child, private/semi-private lessons are great options.

Parisi Speed School is dedicated to improving speed, strength and agility as well as preventing sports injuries. Athletes from ages 7 through college are trained by certified Parisi athletic trainers with experience developing athletes to reach their full potential.

Many of our athletes and teams have achieved recognition, and many are recruited to play at the collegiate level.
Specific class programs are tailored to athletes from grade school through college. Each class is customized based on age, ability, and sport.

Excellent, spotless gym. Large basketball courts that can accommodate many players. The pool is sizable, and the jetted jacuzzi has plenty of area. But what makes it so ideal is the employees. They are friendly and willing to help with everything. I've gone to a lot of gyms, but this one definitely takes the cake.
