    At NJAC we know that no fitness goal is created equal and as Mercer County’s top family fitness destination, we make it fun for the entire family. Children can dance, play basketball, swim or even learn how to be a superhero.     SWIM INSTRUCTION - ALL AGES (4+ YEARS) Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors at NJAC provide a more focused and flexible approach to swim instruction. If you are looking for a more accelerated and individualized learning experience as an adult or for a child, private/semi-private lessons are great options.
