About Jackson Dance Center

At JDC, we understand the importance of motivating and nurturing a child or young adult’s self-esteem. We believe that having a healthy self-esteem is the key to success in any endeavor. That is why we are devoted to helping our students reach their personal best while maintaining a strong sense of self-worth. We also believe that dance should be something fun and enjoyable, and that it should not take away from other activities the student may enjoy. We encourage our students to explore different activities and make sure they have time to just be kids. At JDC, we strive to provide each student the same level of care and attention regardless of their skill level. We want all our students to have a positive dance experience and to learn that there is more to life than just dance. We hope you will consider JDC for your child’s dance education.

Here at JDC we strongly believe that every student that walks through our doors is important, is special, and deserves their love for dance to not only be nurtured but to also be given the chance to flourish. The passion behind a dancer is what will create a great dancer! We are NOT A COMPETITION SCHOOL, even though we participate in competition. Those “special” opportunities are offered to everyone if you are willing to put in the work and dedication! We believe that every child should be given the same opportunities and they do here at Jackson Dance Center!
