At Howell Township Police Athletic League, we believe in providing a safe and fun environment for children in our community to grow and learn. We are dedicated to fostering positive relationships between the youth and police officers to promote a safe and healthy environment for the entire community. 

Not only do we provide an engaging and safe outlet for children, but we also promote education and community service. We believe in helping children to reach their potential by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to do so. Additionally, through our programs, we help to build a strong bond between the youth and police officers to create a better community for all to live in.

Located inside of Southard School, Little PALs Preschool provides a full day of play and enrichment by combining safety and security with quality staff, enriching education and age appropriate activities. PAL works cooperatively with the Howell Township School District to incorporate approved methods and programs for the benefit of your children and to ease the transition from preschool to kindergarten.

The Little PALS Preschool fully prepares students for the next step in their educational process by utilizing Tools of The Mind, a cognitive and social-emotional self-regulation curriculum, which the Howell Township School District also follows.





Little PALs Preschool

The Howell PAL provides before and after care to K-5 students in the Howell Township School District. Before care begins at 6:30 AM and lasts until school starts, while after care begins at the end of the school day and ends at 6 PM. In addition, the Howell PAL offers a day-off program and an August Summer Camp.
