Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics, LLC. is a premier North Jersey training facility for fitness and gymnastics. With years of professional experience, Aeon is able to provide the most effective training experience for both experienced and novice athletes alike. We are a facility dedicated to an array of the best gymnastics instruction with great combinations of energetic youth and teen classes. Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics strives to provide a unique atmosphere to enhance movement development through fitness and gymnastics for toddlers, children, teens, and families for a promotion of lifelong wellness. We encourage participation and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of fitness and gymnastics. Parent and Me Gymnastics

Aeon’s Parent and Me classes are offered for girls and boys ages 18 months – 3 years old. Accompanied by an adult (1 parent per registered child in class), these toddlers explore our obstacle course which includes the trampoline, swinging apparatus, tunnels, balance beams, rolling mats, and much more. Our fun and welcoming introduction always includes a warm up with the parachute or activities like “cleaning up the messy neighbor’s yard!” Parents will be active in assisting their Mini-Mover throughout all gymnastics class activities. This once a week, 45 minute engaging class, is offered during our 10 week sessions. Parents, come be a part of your child’s smile as they develop coordination, balance, and gain confidence!

Tiny Tigers Gymnastics

Look out for Aeon’s Tiny Tigers! These 3-5 year old girls and boys make their way through Aeon’s challenging obstacle courses. Tiny Tigers classes use a variety of equipment which are designed to enhance motor ability, balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. This 45 minute class is an introduction to our General Gymnastics classes which include basic skill building, jumping on trampolines, and using balancing and swinging apparatus. These classes meet once a week during our 10 week session, and are drop off and pick up only.

Tiny Ninja Warrior

Tiny Ninja Warrior Classes are 45 minutes for boys and girls ages 3-5. Our setups are designed for little hands to learn fundamentals of gripping, balance, and agility for our Tiny Ninja Warriors. They will have use of a modified version of the equipment that our older ninjas are training on as designed from the American Ninja Warrior show. Students will challenge themselves with our instructor’s guidance on obstacle courses, swinging, strength, speed, and improve coordination. A fun way to incorporate fitness, self-confidence, and goal setting. Join us in a creative setting that inspires successful and happy Tiny Ninjas. This class can help athletes reach new heights! This is an introductory, age and ability appropriate class, geared towards Mini Movers. These classes meet once a week during our 10 week session, and are drop off and pick up only.
