Growing up in Dublin, Ireland, I learned to bake at a young age, turning my mother's kitchen upside down with lots of fun baking experiments! I continued baking into my adult life, and was completely hooked when I discovered the art of cake decorating! I opened The Cake Fairy Studio in 2016.
