    About Jersey Cape Dance in Cape May, NJ

    At the Jersey Cape Dance and Gymnastics Academy we offer a comprehensive curriculum for all ages and levels of experience. Our preschool programs are designed to introduce children to the art of dance and gymnastics in a fun and engaging way. For recreational dancers and gymnasts we offer Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary and Contortion. For those interested in more intensive studies, we also offer advanced classes. We also offer adult classes for those looking to maintain their physical fitness or learn a new skill. Come join us and experience the joy of dance and gymnastics!

    Programs at Jersey Cape Dance in Cape May, NJ

    Preschool Dance

    JCDGA preschool classes offer instruction in tap, ballet, creative movement and intro to gymnastics. The classes are 45 minuets long and we pride ourselves on keeping our classes very small. There will be no more than 10 students in each class. We also have a two way mirror so the parents can watch their children at all times.

    Preschool Gymnastics

    Our preschool gymnastics classes offer our students an introduction to the basics, forward rolls, cartwheels,and bridges. Classes are geared for fun with all of our gymboree equipment not only giving wonderful stimulation but also building strength. Our preschool classes are 45 minute classes. All of our preschool gym classes have no more then 10 students in each class so that our students are getting plenty of one on one attention

    Ballet

    JCDGA offers a strong classical ballet program. Ballet is the foundation from which nearly all styles of dance have developed. It requires strong technique, athleticism, and grace. The Academy highly recommend ballet for all of our students.
