At Hudson Dance, we understand the importance of providing an enriching and inspiring environment for curious minds to grow and thrive. Our dance instructors are the best in their field and have been teaching thousands of dancers in Bergen County since 2012. We offer private dance lessons, giving each dancer the opportunity to work one-on-one with our instructor and develop their skills. Our curriculum includes styles such as Hip Hop, Ballroom, Latin and Argentine Tango for ages 5 and up. BALLROOM/LATIN
5 YEARS AND UP. Private dance lessons in Ballroom and Latin introduce the dancer to a variety of different dance styles such as Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, Waltz and Tango. Ballroom dance increases your child's flexibility and physical strength while improving balance and coordination. Dance exercises are crucial to correct poor posture of your child - you can tell a dancer by their posture. After 6 months - 1 year of private dance lessons, the dancer is encouraged to participate in Ballroom and Latin dance competitions that take place throughout the

ARGENTINE TANGO, MILONGA, VALS
8 YEARS AND UP. Argentine Tango, Milonga and Vals are fun dances for every age! This trio of dances helps the dancer improve their posture, balance and flexiblity. Argentine Tango focuses on partner work between the dance instructor and the dancer which translates into different parts of life and helps build confidence. After 6 months - 1 year of private dance lessons, the dancer is encouraged to participate in Argentine Tango dance competitions that take place throughout the Tristate area.

5 YEARS AND UP. Hip Hop is a great way to have fun while improving the overall physical health. Your child gets to explore various Hip Hop techniques and build their confidence and musicality. Dancing to Pop music that youngster love is very energizing and makes learning very easy.
