RIO GRANDE LITTLE SQUIDS (AGES 4-6)
Join our Little Squids classes and give them a kickstart to success. We will help get your kid in shape, stay active, build confidence and healthy self-esteem. Through our classes, our kids learn to be adaptable to their peers. They will understand the importance of respect and discipline in all they do! RIO GRANDE SQUIDS (AGES 7-9)
Our Squids program for kids ages 7-9 is an excellent way to learn self-defense and problem-solving skills. Its combative nature will teach kids to win over their opponent to the ground and win them into submission through joint locks and chokeholds. It's a full-body workout that will strengthen their body and fighting spirit! Our young champions will be more strategic in their moves and get into fantastic shape! At the same time, we provide an engaging and friendly environment to help them grow and thrive.

RIO GRANDE YOUTH JIU-JITSU (AGES 10-15)
Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu programs have been created around the primary goal of making friends, building personal growth, honing confidence, and practicing teamwork. Youth Jiu-Jitsu is more than just physical progress; it's about an overall experience for kids to be creative, confident, and disciplined in all they do! We have various fun and interactive programs that will engage them positively as they socialize with their peers and elders.
