About Inspired Minds Fine Art School in Brielle, NJ
We aim to provide a strong foundation taught in traditional media and methods. Our schools are safe and nurturing environments where students learn and have fun! We believe that art is not just for “artists”. It is essential for everyone to nurture their creativity in some way. Not only does it develop young minds, but it also builds awareness, confidence, and character in any age that will spill over to all other areas of life. To us all of our students are individuals and we love each student's differences. We keep our classes small to allow for one on one attention and maximum personal growth. BeAKid
Mixed Media II- In Studio Ages 7 - 12 yrs
These classes will allow students to explore a wide range of media and techniques which can include drawing, pastels, oils, watercolor, clay and paper mache sculpture, collage, as well as various printmaking techniques. Individual attention will allow students to follow their interests at their own pace, to further their skill and broaden their horizons.

Mixed Media I - In Studio Ages 5 - 7 yrs
Students are taught step-by-step techniques using pencil, pastel, acrylics, clay, as well as other mixed media, focusing on light/shadow, color, composition, form, and perspective. This is a broad class designed to introduce young students to a wide range of art forms and styles through Art History, encouraging self-confidence and allowing them to find their strengths and interests.

Intro to Watercolor 8 - 17 yrs
This class will introduce students to watercolor painting techniques. Students will first start with drawing their subject matter and then painting it in watercolors using techniques such as wet-on-wet, dry brush and washes. Students will complete multiple finished pieces they can feel proud of. Students will work as a group as well as individually to tailor instruction to each individual's learning pace and styles. Creativity and self-expression are encouraged!
