    Grown Up & Me Swim Lessons 3 months - 2 years

    Using songs and games, we help your baby get comfortable in the water. When they get a little older, they progress to basic swimming skills like floating and kicking.

    Swim Clinics 5 and up

    When school’s on break, bring your kids to our Swim Clinic. Our 2 to 3-hour clinic is made for kids ages 5–12 and includes swim lessons, healthy meals, water safety skills and fun water sports.

    Kids Studio Classes 5–8 and 9–13 years taught separately

    Get all the energy and community of our most popular adult classes in a format created just for kids. Classes include LifeBarre Dance, SHRED, SOL yoga, Warrior Sculpt and Ringside.
