Swim Lessons
It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for a stroke and turn clinic to help your advanced swimmer accomplish specific goals or an introductory class to get your child into the water, the Y has you covered. We offer a range of courses and our YMCA-trained and certified instructors will work with each student to maximize their chances of success in the water. These classes are a lifesaver...literally!

Gymnastics
Life is all about balance, and you’ll be sure to find that in all of our gymnastics programs at the Y. From parent/child courses to competitive teams, we can meet you where you’re at and our professional coaches can help you take that next step on your gymnastics journey. So, make one of our gymnastics courses part of your daily routine. When you’re finished you’ll be beaming with joy. (come on, that’s a little bit funny…)

Sports
From soccer to basketball, tee-ball to tennis, hockey to flag football, the Y offers a wide variety of sporting options for athletes from pre-school to high school. We work with some of the region’s most amazing coaches to develop and deliver an outstanding sports experience. Mixed with all of our tactical and technical training, our instructors actively work to instill our 4 core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility into the young athletes in the program.

Dance
Our dance classes are en pointe. Whether you’re into ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, or modern classes, we’ll help you find your rhythm and take the next step towards Broadway. Join us in the studio to work on choreographed routines designed to improve flexibility, stamina, endurance and muscle memory. It doesn’t matter if your aspirations are a concert hall stage or simply to be Tik-Tok famous, this class will raise the barre and help you achieve your goals. Give it a cha-cha-chance.

Bring out your creative side and check out our Art, Science, & Music programs, which help to foster independent expression through a variety of creative experiences. Children can develop their creative talents while engaging in problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Martial Arts
The Y offers a range of Martial Arts designed to help students improve their focus, self-discipline, physical fitness, and confidence. In addition to teaching the principles of self-defense, our senseis will re-enforce character development. Graduates of these classes will leave with the fundamentals of these ancient techniques, an awareness of when to use them, and a roadmap on how to continue on their journey as a future martial artist.
