At Camp Quinebarge, we combine traditional camp games and activities with modern resources and amenities. Our campers are encouraged to explore their interests and passions while learning important life skills. Our wide range of activities includes archery, canoeing, swimming, campfires, arts and crafts, and more.
Camp Quinebarge is the perfect place to create lifelong memories for your child. We strive to create an environment that is welcoming, traditional, and encouraging. Our experienced staff are certified in health and safety, and are dedicated to helping your child learn new skills, become more confident, and have the time of their lives. With traditional camp activities, modern amenities, and tons of fun, your child will create memories that will last a lifetime.
Quinebarge always hopes our campers will continue on as staff after they age-out of being campers. Our CIT program is designed for rising 11th and 12th graders, typically 16-17 year olds, and is the gateway to being staff in college and beyond. The goal is to transition campers into counselors, creating responsible and independent young leaders who can contribute positively to Camp Quinebarge and their community.

Traditions (Staff Training)
Most staff arrive one to two weeks ahead of our campers, during which time they undergo training on all things Quinebarge as well as various certifications. Staff training, what we call Traditions, is busy and fun, giving staffers a chance to bond as a group and prepare for Opening Day. During this time you, like all our staff before you, will begin to develop a love and connection to Quinebarge that will only grow throughout the summer.

Ninja Course
Ninja courses are efficient, complex, structures that develop upper and lower body and core strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and tenacity. Children who have outgrown the monkey bars at their local playground will love the challenge of getting themselves through individual elements of the course and perhaps eventually being able to conquer it all, though the latter accomplishment may take a couple summers for many.
