Our classes incorporate all of the fundamentals of kickboxing, including focus mitts, heavy bag training, jump ropes and ladder drills. Strengthen your back, arms, core, coordination, agility, AND confidence in a judgement-free zone.

The B&B Method is a METHOD of teaching BOXING while adding other elements of exercise in a structured and formatted class.  BOXING AND BARBELLS, is a combination of learning competitive boxing and weight training.
