Summer Art Camp: Music Makers (ages 6 to 10)

Inspired by the Currier’s new welcome gallery space Memoirs of a Ghost Girlhood, this week we’ll make some noise! We will be joined by composer of the space’s music Liz Gre, who will teach us how she uses art as inspiration for her compositions. Music has inspired visual artists throughout time – and vice versa; listen to music and free draw, make a painting, and dream up the song that would accompany your piece. You’ll use collage, painting, sculpting, printmaking and more to have a blast creating art and designing instruments! All materials provided.
