Our fun obstacle course training program combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training and track & field. The program is open to boys and girls ages 4 to 17, and has 6 levels to master. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities, building their self-esteem, confidence and sense of accomplishment. Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills and challenges to tackle. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.
