Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are one of the most popular programs at the YMCA because we are successful in teaching children and adults to be safe and to enjoy the water. Our aquatics team at The Granite YMCA has evaluated our swim lesson program and has implemented a skill-based swim program designed to teach safety, technique, and positive swim values while promoting self-esteem, and fun. Tennis

Tennis provides great health benefits by improving bone density and increasing cardiovascular fitness levels. The Granite YMCA offers a complete tennis facility at the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown for players of all ages with four indoor courts with USPTA and USPTR certified instruction. We also offer a full-service pro shop that includes racquets, 48-hour restringing, tennis accessories, and more.
