About Metropolis of Boston Camp in Contoocook, NH
The Metropolis of Boston Camp (MBC) is a unique and exciting way to introduce children and young adults to the Orthodox faith and Greek culture. Through the Metropolis of Boston Camp, children and young adults learn about their faith, develop life-long friendships, and explore the natural beauty of God’s creation. The Metropolis of Boston Camp is held at the St. Methodios Faith and Heritage Center, a property acquired and developed through generous donations from individuals, families, organizations, and parishes. MBC provides a safe and fun environment for campers and staff to learn more about the Orthodox faith and to grow closer to Jesus Christ. It also gives campers and staff the chance to build life-long friendships based on Christian love and to develop a life-long appreciation and love for their Orthodox faith, culture, and friends. At the end of the camp, participants return home with a greater understanding of and appreciation for their faith, new friends, and a deepened appreciation for the Orthodox Church, their faith, and their Hellenic culture.

Summer Camp program
This summer, are pleased to again offer an in-person overnight experience of our beloved Summer Camp program! Continuing to work with the state of New Hampshire, medical professionals from across New England, and a team of in-state camp professionals, we are confident that this year's summer camp program will be safe, fun, and life-changing. Throughout the last three decades, MBC has served as a model across the nation for Orthodox summer camps because of how amazing the program actually is! With state of the art housing facilities, a well-trained staff, two lakes, a new soccer field, two basketball courts, and so much more, campers ages 8-18 are sure to have the time of their lives!

The Kosmos Project
His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios is pleased to announce the third year of The Kosmos Project: A Journey to Greece, a camping exchange program between the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston and the Metropolis of Neapolis and Stavroupolis, Greece. Seniors in high school and young adults who are in college will be given the opportunity to experience a two-week long trip to Greece. The first week will allow the participants to experience the summer camping ministry offered by the Metropolis of Neapolis. The second week will be a faith and cultural odyssey throughout the beautiful city of Thessaloniki and Northern Greece.

Embracing Children Program
The Embracing Children (EC) Program serves children with a variety of special needs: including developmental, physical, and behavioral disabilities, by adapting the camp program according to their needs and providing a staff person to support the camper as needed.
