At Concord Parks & Recreation, we strive to provide a wide variety of activities and classes that families in our community can enjoy. With daily access to parks, community centers, and sports fields, we offer a number of programs for children 18 months and older. Our seasonal offerings include youth team sports, language classes, music classes, exercise classes, dance classes, arts and crafts, summer camps, cooking classes, art classes, and cross country skiing, among others. No matter your family’s interests, you can find something that interests you at Concord Parks & Recreation. We’re committed to helping our community grow and thrive through our programs and classes.

Concord Parks & Recreation offers winter basketball leagues for children ages 4 years old through 12th grade. Leagues are broken down by age/grade. We rely heavily on volunteer coaches for this program. All volunteers are required to pass a police background check, additionally we provide guidance and training for all coaches.

Youth Basketball Ages 4 yrs. - 12 Grade

These co-ed basketball leagues will focus on the fundamentals of the game while introducing players to being part of a team. Teams will meet once a week on Saturdays. Practices will include fun and creative ways for learning a new skill. 

Hot Shots & Jumpers Basketball  (Ages 4 to 2nd grade)

The goal of this basketball league is to allow players to get out on the court and be active. Players of all abilities are encouraged to join. We want to provide the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of basketball while gaining positive social experiences, promote good sportsmanship and have fun in a supportive environment.  All games and practices are held in Concord for these age groups.
