    An important part of the Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do training is sparring. Sparring teaches the student to use the kicking and punching techniques learned in class. Sparring includes full-contact fighting, one step sparring & no-contact sparring. It builds confidence, teaches focus, and conditions the body.
