At Sprout Yoga & Art for Kids, we are dedicated to helping children unlock their creative potential. Our after-school programs and summer camps provide a unique opportunity for kids to explore their artistic side. With art classes, birthday parties, and toddler playgroups, there's something for everyone.

Our boutique studio was founded with the goal of providing a judgement-free environment for children to express themselves. Our founder, who has dreamed of owning a studio since she was a child, wanted to create a warm, welcoming space that encourages self-discovery. Through yoga and art, we help kids to take risks and find joy in creativity.

At Sprout Yoga & Art for Kids, we believe that everyone should have the freedom to explore their talents and discover their passions. Our programs are designed to give kids the opportunity to express themselves with confidence and creativity. We invite you to join us on this journey of self-expression and discovery!

During our Monday class, we will focus on fun artistic experiments, often followed by a short but magical yoga session to start the week off on the right foot (or the left ;).


Magic Monday~ ages 5+

During this new class, we will have fun exploring the great outdoors, drawing/painting from nature, creating temporary art installations using found objects, and enjoying the backyard for fun yoga sessions and climbing!

Way-OUT Wednesdays

A great opportunity for tweens to have a place to create and hang out with other kids who love art and yoga. All supplies included!
