About South East Dance Academy

At SEDA, we offer a variety of dance classes for all ages and abilities. Our professional teachers offer quality training for the student who wishes to come for the fun of dance, as well as the more serious student who wishes to make dance their career. Our students will gain coordination, poise, grace, self-confidence, and discipline of mind and body. Our students will also gain rewarding and fulfilling experiences of pride and accomplishment, which will be a great influence in their lives. Our studio is equipped with four large dance studios each with professional elevated floors. We also feature a comfortable lobby, café area with snack and drink machines, and ample parking. With all of these elements, our studio provides a safe and enjoyable environment for the whole family. Our multiple rooms also allow siblings to take age and level appropriate classes at the same time. At South East Dance Academy, we strive to ensure all our students can reach their full potential. We offer a wide range of classes from the recreational student to the more serious dancer who wishes to make dance their career. Tumbling Kids/Acrobatics
Tumbling helps to gain strength, flexibility, and coordination that will in turn complement dance skills. The student will learn how to do cartwheels, front rolls, handstands and walkovers, and for the more advanced student, backflips and handsprings

Ballet
Ballet is best known for its unique features and techniques, such as turn-out of the legs, and high extensions. Ballet consists of graceful, flowing, precise movements and body positions. Ballet is the essential foundation for all other disciplines of dance.

Musical Theatre
This class offers dancing, acting with dialogue and singing. It is a fun class that is offered to a variety of ages. The class is based off Broadway musicals. This class helps students, particularly the younger dancers, to start breaking out of their shell.
