About Carolina Gymnastics Academy in Wilmington, NC
At CGA, our goal is to provide an environment where kids can feel successful and challenged. Our programs offer something for everyone. Whether it’s Gymnastics Classes, Afterschool Care, Camps, or our own Gym & Learn Preschool Program, our experienced instructors are there to help children reach their goals and build confidence. We use lesson plans and skill evaluations to ensure our students' progress and help them to stay challenged.

All Day Summer Camps
Be active all day! Campers have gymnastics class, free play in the gym, play outside on our huge playground, go on field trips, water play, and use the inflatables and Superswing!

Afterschool Program
If your child needs after school care and they go to Codington, Bellamy, Pine Valley, Masonboro, or Holly Tree, we can pick up and provide care until 6pm. The Gym~15,000 square feet of gymnastics free play, with bars, rings, tumble traks, and 2 foam block pits. During holiday fun weeks, we have our inflatable bouncy houses out for the Afterschool kids to enjoy. Playland~our wooded playground, equipped with swings, teeter totters, slides, zip lines, log roller, 3 gyro-twirls, a playhouse, and most importantly, nature!

The Artistic Gymnastics AAU T
The Artistic Gymnastics AAU Team competes on the Floor, Beam, Bars, and Vault. We compete in North Carolina, with the competitive season running from January through May. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Levels. Gymnasts practice 2 days per week. Hot Shots AAU Team is for younger girls; Bronze & Silver Levels.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Team
The Rhythmic Team competes on the floor, using hand apparatus in their routines: Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs, & Ribbon. Rhythmic Gymnasts must be both flexible and strong, graceful, and with great eye-hand coordination! Gymnasts practice 2 days per week. We compete in NC, SC, GA, WV, & FL, December – June.
