About Danse Élan Dance Academy in Stanley, NC
The National Honors Society of Dance Arts (NHSDA) is proud to be a part of Carolina Dance Masters, Dance Masters of America, and the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO). Our chapter provides the highest quality dance education for our students with a comprehensive dance program. We offer a variety of classes, ranging from Creative Movement to Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Prepointe, Pointe, Modern, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, and Tumbling. Our goal is to create well-rounded dancers who can excel in multiple dance styles. We are committed to giving our students the training they need to reach their highest potential.

Aerial Silks - ages 8-12 (Specialty Class)
Aerial silks is a type of performance art in which artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. The fabric may be hung as two pieces, or a single piece, folded to make a loop, classified as hammock silks. This class focuses on strength and body control. This is a specialty class. Specialty classes are not discounted or included in unlimited class fees.
