At On Deck Academy, our coaches are dedicated to teaching our young players the fundamentals of baseball, instilling in them the values of respect and appreciation for the game. We emphasize the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork, while also preparing our players for success on the diamond. 

We prioritize communication and positive reinforcement, and strive to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for our players to learn and grow. Through our individual and team training, we hope to give our players the skills and confidence necessary to succeed both on and off the field.

Baseball

Moderate

This is a course for younger players who still need some work on the basic mechanics of throwing/catching, hitting, and fielding. We will focus heavily on fundamentals and use drills throughout the course to emphasize the correct mechanics. After this 3 week course, your players will walk away with much more confidence and skill in all areas of the game.
