About OSEGA Dream Academy

At OSEGA Dream Academy, children of all ages can receive world-class coaching and instruction. Our staff of USA Gymnastics certified coaches, including 4-time Olympic team coach and USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame recipient, are on hand to provide the best possible experience. Our 56,000 square foot facility features state-of-the-art equipment, mats, and training tools, as well as open parent viewing areas where you can hear everything being said to your child. For added safety and security, we have a camera system for video replay. We also have a training room and separate areas for each level of each discipline. All of our staff are fingerprinted through the City of Asheville and have undergone extensive background checks. They are also certified in CPR, First-Aid, AED, and Darkness to Light, ensuring that your child is in good hands. At OSEGA, we strive to provide a fun and safe learning environment for your child. TUMBLING
We offer tumbling as both an introduction to gymnastics, and a training class for competitive and school cheerleading. In this class you will learn how to perform skills, such as round offs, back handsprings, and back tucks

GYMNASTICS
We offer an array of gymnastics programs. These programs span from recreational classes to Elite Team. We offer AAU and NGA gymnastics programs, as well as Xcel and Junior Olympic competitive teams.

NINJA CLASSES
We offer weekly ninja classes where you will learn portions of the arena challenges from American Ninja Warrior. Classes are taught by various ninja instructor, including Ninja Warrior City Final Qualifier, Miles Avery.
