Afterschool
Our afterschool children have the opportunity to be picked up from three local schools or parents can drop them off from other schools. Once they arrive here at our facility, they get some play time out in the gym and then they head to our Afterschool Room to work on homework with our instructors. If you would like to add gymnastics or tumbling class to their day you can do that also and they will head to class when it's time.
School Age
Gymnastics acts simultaneously as a wonderful tool to aid in increasing self-esteem and as an exciting and enjoyable form of exercise. In addition, gymnastics will help your child develop skills and all aspects of athletic ability including speed, agility, strength, balance, power, and flexibility. Therefore, gymnastics is a great introduction and complement to all other sports. The love for physical exercise will allow your child to grow and continue a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their life.
For Children Under 5
Our preschool gymnastics classes are themed “Frog-Nastics”. Your child will progress from a “Tiny Leaper” while they are two years old to a “Mighty Leaper” when they are three and four years old. All of our Frog-gymnastics classes are structured to help our preschoolers develop physically, mentally, and socially. Through a wide variety of activities, we are confident they will learn how to listen, follow directions, and respect others.
