Our pottery classes are perfect for anyone wanting to explore the creative and practical aspects of this special art form. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to further develop your technique, we have the perfect class for you. Our classes strive to provide the highest quality instruction for both beginner and advanced pottery enthusiasts. We will teach you the basics of working with clay, like forming, glazing, and firing, as well as more advanced techniques, like sculpting and hand-building. Our goal is to help you create works of art that are uniquely yours.

POTTERY BASICS AND BEYOND
This course is for the beginner through intermediate level pottery student and provides instruction on basic pottery making techniques. Topics include introduction to handbuilding and turning on the potter’s wheel, applying glaze and introduction and firing an electric kiln

OPEN POTTERY WORKSHOP: HAND BUILDING AND WHEEL
This class is open to anyone with previous hand-building or wheel experience. Students have the opportunity to work on individual clay projects of their choice and at their own pace to develop their skill level and personal style while receiving guidance from an instructor. Students will have full use of workshop facilities including glazes and kilns.
