By offering a wide range of recreational activities for all ages, DPR is helping people of all backgrounds stay connected to the outdoors and become lifelong learners. BeAKid
Aqua Babies (6 to 18 Months)
The purpose of this American Red Cross program is to teach safe behaviors around the water and develop swimming readiness by leading parents and their children in water exploration activities with the objective of having fun and becoming comfortable in, on and around water.

School-Age Care Programs
DPR’s School Age Care Programs offer a mix of recreation, arts, learning and cultural activities for youth ages 5-12. Program offerings vary by location.

Athletics
Durham Parks and Recreation (DPR) coordinates a wide variety of sports for all ages. From volleyball to soccer, kickball to basketball, there are lots of opportunities to Play More with DPR.
