About Trusted Parents

Camp Trusted Parents is proud to offer an iconic summer camp experience to all campers, regardless of their ability level. Our all-inclusive day camp welcomes campers aged 7-22 with and without special needs, and is designed to make sure that everyone can join in the fun. Our staff are specially trained to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their camp experience, and our activities and menus are tailored to meet the needs of campers with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those who may use wheelchairs, walkers or crutches. At Camp Trusted Parents, we believe that all children should be able to enjoy the summer camp experience. Our inclusive environment offers love, acceptance, and plenty of fun to every camper, and we strive to make sure that everyone feels included. We have gone to great lengths to make sure that our camp is accessible friendly, and that campers of all ability levels are catered for. Our staff, facility, menus, and activities have all been carefully considered to make sure that all of our campers can take part and enjoy the summer camp experience.

Summer Camps
We welcome rising 2-12 grade students with Special Healthcare Needs (SHN) ages 7-22, and rising 2-8 grade students without SHN, ages 7-13. Although we are an all inclusive camp; there are "Acceptability Guidelines" that must be followed by our campers for enrollment. Due to our camper's various diagnoses and capabilities, our camp's environment is carefully created to ensure a healthy setting for growth and fun. We want our campers to make lasting friendships and to be placed in an atmosphere that allows them to do so. As an all inclusive summer camp, Camp Trusted Parents campers are from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds.
