Baby and Me
This is a fun and safe class for babies and toddlers, ages 6 months to 3 years. Through repetition and muscle memory, this course aims to teach two main objectives: Safety (introducing skills such as floating, kicking, bubble blowing, and submerging underwater) and Water Acclimation (through songs, games, using equipment, and toys).
This class does require consistency to achieve goals, and there may be tears initially- but we’ll teach you tips and tricks to get past that! These little ones can learn 8 to 10 second underwater breath control.

Preschool (Group Lessons)
This level is meant for kids who are 4 years old or a young 5 year old not in kindergarten yet. They are just getting to the age where they can understand things cognitively as well as physically, so they are able to grasp concepts and skills. We push the safety and comfort factor, making sure they learn what to do in case of a fall into water- even if it doesn’t look pretty! Basic skills are introduced as well. Final goals are to swim independently with face in the water for 10-20 feet incorporating rollover breathing, independent back float, safety jumps from the side of the pool on own.

Beginner Swim Lessons (Group)
Beginner Swim Lessons are perfect for children ages 5 and up. We focus on water safety (what to do if they fall in alone), comfort, and skills that will be the basis for everything else done in the water. Beginner swim techniques with arms, legs, and breathing are shown on both the front and back. Final Goals include jumping in the deep end and getting to safety without assistance, and swimming across the pool independently with rollover breathing.
