At My Gym, we believe that movement is the key to helping children develop physically, socially, and cognitively. Our award-winning curriculum and caring, certified teachers make learning fun and give children the confidence to take on any challenge. We’re dedicated to helping each and every child reach their fullest potential, and it’s an honor to witness their progress every day. When My Gym first opened 35 years ago, it was fueled by our passion to bring physical activity and learning to children in a fun and engaging way. We wanted to create an environment where children felt loved and supported, and could develop their self-esteem and confidence. We’ve been thrilled to see the amazing progress children make every day, as they take on new challenges and build their physical and cognitive skills. At My Gym, we understand that movement is essential for children’s development, and we offer an award-winning curriculum to help them enjoy learning. Our certified teachers are dedicated to helping children of all abilities reach their fullest potential, and we’re proud to witness the amazing milestones they achieve. From those first tentative steps to tumbling down soft mats, we love to share the parents’ excitement and pride at their children’s accomplishments. My Gym has been a labor of love for 35 years, and we’re grateful to be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. Gymsters 18m - 2y 6m

The gross motor abilities of early 2-year-olds are often characterized by more confident running and jumping on two feet as well as an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies. This is the earliest age group with which we work on fine and gross manipulatives in a structured format, as the 2 to 2½-year-old's attention span grows, allowing the child to focus for longer periods of time. During this engaging class, the youngsters are elated as they sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, take turns on special rides, and have "Surprise Time!" Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn gymnastics in a constantly changing program with fresh ingredients and new equipment setups each week.

Ninja Training 1 3y 6m - 6y

Our Ninja Training program focuses on conquering a variety of major and minor obstacles. Each week the children are challenged to conquer 2 major obstacles and 4 minor obstacles with the assistance of their coaches. Team work challenges and games help to keep this class fun, engaging, and promote self confidence! Join our Ninja Training ANYTIME!

Come explore the gym with your mom, dad, grandparent or nanny! This awesome parent-supervised play time, is a chance for you to let your little one show you what she can do. Whether the weather outside is too hot, cold, rainy or snowy- it's always JUST RIGHT at My Gym!
