BABY SWIM CLASSES
Little Otter Swim School provides several baby swimming classes based on age. We start our Otter Baby swim class program at age 6 months. This is what feels comfortable for our instructors and curriculum. Parents tell us this is a wonderful time with their children and many say it is half an hour where they get to relax and also tune into their baby. BEGINNER SWIM CLASSES
Little Otter Swim School provides beginner swimmers appropriate swim classes based on age and ability. We teach each child with a gentle and encouraging approach and recognize that every child is different and has different needs. Our goal is to challenge your beginner swimmer to learn to swim with lessons that are designed to fit your child’s skill level. Our beginner swim class levels are broken up by age and are described below.

INTERMEDIATE SWIM CLASSES
At Little Otter Swim School, we offer intermediate swim lessons to those children at the beginning of their path to becoming an independent swimmer. As children beginning to form friendships and becoming more independent, knowing how to swim will not only be a socially enjoyable hobby, but also a lifesaving skill. Because you may not always be able to accompany your child to the pool, beach, or lake, knowing that they are a comfortable swimmer will put your mind at ease.

ADVANCED-EXCEL SWIM TEAM
Excel offers several levels of team programming on most days of the week. Each squad works on a specific set of skills as they master the four competitive strokes and learn how to swim an Individual Medley. Swimmers advance through the squads as they hone their skills and make individual progress. Swimmers can enroll and drop during the year, but we do ask for a 30-day notice of dropping so that we can plan accordingly.
