About The Kid's Gym

At the Kid’s Gym of Chapel Hill, we are focused on providing an environment that is positive, supportive, and encouraging. Our experienced instructors help foster physical, social, and intellectual growth through a focus on self-confidence, resilience, and determination. Children are encouraged to challenge themselves and take risks, knowing that they will learn from their mistakes and have the courage to try again. We believe that each child has the potential to reach new heights, and we strive to provide them with the tools to do so.

Parents/Child
These classes will enable parents to work with their child on loco motor skills, strength building, hand -eye coordination as well as social skills. Parents will get to be a part of their child’s efforts to reach developmental milestones. The coach will encourage your child to try new things and be present to demonstrate proper techniques of each skill or movement and explain how to correctly assist your child.

Preschool
These classes are geared to preschool aged children who are ready to participate without his/her parent. The coach will begin class by leading your child through a warm up by stretching and moving to music. The equipment for our preschoolers includes beam, bars, trampoline, as well as climbing and floor circuits to introduce basic gymnastic foundations. With our small coach to student ratio, your child will receive lots of personal attention from their coach and little waiting time for turns on the equipment.
