Kids Pottery Classes
We offer a wide range of pottery classes for child students for both wheel and hand building. Space is limited so if a class you are interested in is sold out please add yourself to the waiting list or contact us to see if other options may be available.
BeAKid
Handbuilding - Kids
Students will explore making functional and decorative ceramics using coil, pinch, and slab hand-building methods. Experimenting with clay for relaxation and gaining confidence in their skills. After the pieces are bisque fired students will have a variety of glazes to decorate their creations. All glazes are food safe. The class fee includes clay, glaze, tools, and all firings.

Wheel and Handbuilding Class- Teen
Students will start to experience the feel of the wheel. Centering the clay and small cylindrical shapes will be the focus, aside from just becoming familiar with clay and studio procedures. Students will also work on beginning hand-building projects. Students who have experience will work with the instructor to come up with an appropriate lesson to improve their skills.
