Whether your child is a beginner or a more advanced student, we have the perfect class for them. With convenient online enrollment, registering for beginner-level classes is easy and quick. Plus, our prorated tuition amount for the remaining classes in the month makes it even more affordable for your family. 

For those intermediate and advanced students, our office is ready and willing to help find the right class for your child. Our team is highly experienced and knowledgeable in gymnastics and we’re determined to ensure that each and every student receives the best possible instruction.

Spend quality time with your child while introducing them to the fun of physical activity in a safe environment. This class introduces children to gymnastics skills using music, games, and fun! Each child is accompanied by an adult, who helps guide the child through stations and activities under the supervision of the class instructor. Your child will develop large motor skills, coordination, strength, and group/social skills through gymnastics activities.

Parent & Tot Classes

Kindergarten Gymnastics classes are for children ages 5-6 years old. Each class is 55 minutes long. In this class, children learn basic gymnastics positions, drills, and skills progressively. Kindergarten classes build a strong foundation for your child to develop a sense of athletic achievement, self-esteem and social skills that will last a lifetime. Our special “kid-sized” gymnastics equipment is built to accommodate small hands and small bodies as they explore the exciting and fun sport of gymnastics.

Preschool Classes

Kick Starter classes are for children ages 5-6 years old and each class is 55 minutes. Students learn the fundamentals of Tang Soo Do such as blocks, stances, strikes, and kicks.  Students practice hand-eye coordination and self-defense techniques appropriate for their age.  In addition, students learn to follow directions and get exercise while learning the exciting style of Tang Soo Do Martial Arts.
